Bring your passport or ID.
Note any current medications (including blood thinners).
Bring prior results, imaging or PSA history if you have them.
Ask for English-speaking support when you book.
Driving a large car or EV? Use nearby public parking (mechanical in-building parking has limits).
For sudden severe stone pain, call the 24-hour stone line.
English medical certificates are available on request.
